V.I.S.A. Audit: KES 35,000, paid upfront
Find out where your brand is breaking, in 7 working days. We map every place customers meet you (website, social, WhatsApp, sales materials), show the five beliefs a customer needs before they buy and where each one breaks, and give you a ranked 90-day priority list. Includes a 30-minute walkthrough. If you continue with us within 14 days, the full fee is credited.
Vision Session: KES 30,000, paid upfront
For new brands. A 2-hour workshop on vision, audience, positioning and personality, followed by a written brand brief ready for design. Credited in full if you start a launch project within 14 days.
Fractional CMO: from KES 120,000 a month
Senior marketing leadership without a full-time hire. Month 1: diagnosis, budget and channel plan, KPIs and quarterly priorities. Month 2: positioning fixes, belief map, messaging and content system. Month 3 onward: campaigns, creative direction and testing. Weekly call, monthly report, direction of your team or freelancers. Three-month minimum. Production and ad spend are quoted separately.
